Do you need access to computers and internet? Do you need help with basic use and understanding of computers?
‘Digital divide’ is a term that refers to the gap between demographics and regions that have access to modern information and communications technology, and those that do or don’t have restricted access. This technology can include the telephone, television, personal computers and the internet. NWCC understands that not having access to computers or internet can present many barriers to youth, adults and seniors. Access to computers and internet are not the only barriers causing a digital divide. There are also many individuals, specifically seniors, of our community that need basic education on how to use both computers and internet.
ATTENTION: Computer and internet education sessions are NOT ongoing, rather they are scheduled based off of the volume of calls and potential sufficient enrollment. For questions and more information, please contact us at +1(815)964-6885.
