Discover Your Full Potential
Through DHS funding, NWCC administers the Empowering Women for Success (EWS). The EWS program is designed to help women discover their full potential. Participants are encouraged to become self-confident, self-sufficient and productive, while developing meaningful life skills and relationships. This program designed to meet the individual needs of each women enrolled. The program gives women who are unemployed or who need to increase their income the opportunity to gain essential life skills. Some of these skills include but are not limited to:
- Basic Computer Skills
- Cover Letter & Resume Writing
- Interviewing Techniques
- Proper Interviewing Attire
- Job Searching & Placement Activities
